Is this real glass neon or LED?
Both options are available. Most storefront and outdoor projects use flexible LED neon for efficiency, longevity, and serviceability. Premium hospitality and signature interior projects often choose hand-bent glass neon for the authentic look. We specify the approach in your estimate.
How is final pricing estimated?
You receive an itemised estimate within 3 hours of brief: materials, fabrication labour, drivers, mounting hardware, installation, and authority-related work where applicable. 50% on manufacturing start, 50% on installation completion. 0% installments up to 12 months on request.
Do you handle UAE permits and approvals?
Yes. We prepare submission drawings annotated for the building owner and the relevant authority (Dubai Municipality, free-zone authority, or DDA). Approvals timing is part of the milestone plan — we keep procurement and fabrication on schedule against feedback windows.
How long until installation?
Standard storefront neon ships in 3 days from approval of the production drawings. Larger or façade-mounted installs typically take 5–10 working days end-to-end including approvals and night-window installation. We anchor the milestone plan at quote stage.
Will the colour fade in UAE sun?
Outdoor LED neon uses UV-stable PVC and silicone diffusers rated for 50,000+ hours under direct sun. Glass neon does not fade chemically but the coating on coloured tubes can dull over years — we state expected service life in the spec sheet.
What's covered by the 3-year warranty?
Materials, fabrication workmanship, driver electronics, and installation. Mechanical damage from third parties and acts of nature are excluded. Warranty issues are resolved at our expense within agreed response windows.
